Live here and love it! Peaceful and quiet. Many social activities for residents. Everyone owns their lot as well as the little home on the lot. It is for 55+ residents only. It is NOT a hotel, but there is one guestroom in the clubhouse for 2 overnight guests for rent. And they, also, must be 55+.
We had an event at the clubhouse and it's a quiet clean neighborhood.
Such a quiet and clean place. The pool is warm mostly because it’s in a sort of greenhouse building. Even with the doors open it doesn’t quite get enough air flowing through. Everyone we passed was friendly. Very nice park!!
Drove through this community to check it out for a friend who will be moving to this area soon. Area looked well groomed and taken care of. Noticed they had a club house. Neighborhood seemed quiet.
Seems like a lovely place for people 55+. They have week activities like bingo and potlucks. The community seems very friendly and welcoming!
