Southern Utah RV Resort

Very nice in every way except the dismal WIFI. It pretty much does not exist so be prepared to use your own hotspot. Noise from the interstate can be heard so if on that side of the park, I suppose it might be annoying to some. |It is big rig friendly with very large turn around space for my 67 foot Toter and trailer. |A negative about the general area. The growth in the last couple has been more like a flood and the area is now now one big traffic jam. Locals told me what might have been a 10 minute commute to work is now a half hour or more.It| is a shame to see the area ruined by the rapid flood of people. My guess is most are from Comunifornia.

We stayed in the Airbnb loft room for 4 days over New Years. It was such a great time. The park is great and all the other guests were awesome. Marysa in the office and Brevin the maintenance guy were superb. They went out of their way to make sure everything was great for us. We will definitely be back.

My Family and I love this park so much! It has the most spacious sites for both of our car. We had such a blast this time around and, I just have to say what a sweetheart Marisa is at the front desk. She was so kind, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It’s such a comfort to be greeted by someone with such lovely manners and a genuine smile. You don’t get that nowadays. I will say, the road can get a bit noisy from time to time but, that’s to be expected with how convenient the location is to the freeway. We will be back soon.

We absolutely love Southern Utah RV Park & Resort. This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The park is immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and the managers and staff are seriously some of the nicest people. They do community activities, and we happened to be there for their Valentine’s breakfast, which was such a sweet and thoughtful thing for them to do. They didn’t have to do it at all, but they went above and beyond with egg casserole, bacon, fruit, pancakes, hot chocolate and it was awesome. The only thing I’d love to see is a gluten-free option besides fruit and bacon. The pads are gravel and very well leveled, super wide, and you never feel cramped. My wife and I stayed here for one night while passing through on our way to Las Vegas, and we found it to be a very pleasant stop. The grounds were well kept, and we appreciated the trash service. Even the landscaper Breven took a few minutes to visit with us in the morning, which was mighty kind of him. It’s not often you come across folks who still take the time to be neighborly.
