We had a good stay here. The only thing we didn’t like was the our room faced the highway and heard the noise on the highway. The breakfast was good had different foods to choose from. They just needed to make sure the gravy stayed hot. We also liked that they had shuttle service that was free if you want to go to the casino.

Positive: Loved the location but it is an older hotel. Location was perfect. Negative: I typically stay in a newer looking hotel, this one was old and renovated but it was a little than than I expected. Staff was great.

Location to stores and casino was perfect. Fresh clean and peaceful atmosphere topped off with hospital like cleanliness. Thanks

I had to call to make my reservation on 1/25/25 for a room block through Krewe de la Noblesse. The lady I spoke to took my information for the reservation and repeated the correct dates 3 times (2/14-2/16) as well as correctly confirming my telephone number. I did not receive a confirmation email, but I haven’t the last 3 years either, so I didn’t think anything of it. On 2/15, we left for lunch, when we came back, our stuff was packed up and no longer in our room. They told me that I was supposed to check out that day. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient since we were there with Krewe de la Noblesse which had a room block for the whole weekend as well. It took us 2 hours to find another hotel. I know I know it’s long but context is important here… I drove 5 hours to this hotel for my husbands Christmas party at a casino down the road. I had a complete melt down about my outfit and left for the party. Once we were there I realized I left my I.D. at the hotel which is very important when you plan on drinking and gambling. I called the front desk and crossed my fingers. The absolute gem Mo working the front desk went to my dug through my very messy and massive purse to find my I. D. and instead of just sending it on the next shuttle to the casino.. She recruited the amazing Melissa, that is the housekeeping supervisor, who personally drove my I. D. to the casino. Unfortunately, my husband isn’t as amazing as these women and I would have to go back to the hotel in the shuttle by mys
