Hampton Inn Lake Charles

We had a pleasant experience with this reservation. Room was clean, comfortable, and well priced. There is access to most of the main entertainment apps on the television, though you will need to sign in with your personal login information. We enjoyed being able to waych YouTube, rather than whatever was available on cable. Simple breakfast was available in the morning, which was nice as we had limited time before the event we were in town for.

Positive: Close by and Hotel employee was an exceptional host. Negative: Shower drain did not drain properly. Lots of upstairs noise.

Great service, the rooms where very well equipped and super clean. They seem fairly new. This is a pet friendly hotel so that's a plus. The breakfast is the same as a regular hotel breakfast but they do have plenty of options from oats to hot items, bakery and fruit. Highly recommended.

This was our best Hampton stay! Rodney was amazingly helpful and friendly at check-in. Even when we walked through the lobby later, he greeted us and made us feel at home and welcome. Zina served us at breakfast. She kept the coffee filled and the food was well prepared and plentiful. She was friendly and professional with a ready smile. Again, our best stay! We will be back! Highly recommended

We had an amazing time staying here. Family of four first time in Louisiana for my birthday. I had a blast, great food surrounding hotel. The front desk man was so friendly & attentive. The whole staff was great! Clean rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast & close to casinos! My kids loved the pool. 5 stars would come back!!
