Staybridge Suites Lake Charles by IHG

I really enjoyed staying here. I had my grandson with me and he just loved it. I had Sunday breakfast here and it was great to start my day. The location was great for my visit. The room was nicely cleaned. The staff, especially Korea was very welcoming. I cant say enough about her professionalism and just making you feel very welcome, so warm. I felt this way welcomed, in just speaking to her over the phone to confirm my reservations. When I meet her in person she was just as charming and a beautiful spirit to meet. I elected to stay a extra night. I had the oppurtunity to work with Rhonda on this venture and she slayed it. I was able to keep my upgrade and enjoy my extended night in comfort. Had a great stay at the staybridge over the weekend. The staff was very friendly and Mrs Karla really helped and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast too! The lady in breakfast did a great job.

I Love how spacious the rooms were. Front desk girls were very helpful and friendly. Karla was very helpful and always smiling! My daughter loved the breakfast. We will come here when we visit this area again.

Positive: The layout and cleanliness of the room Negative: The key card system wasn’t working so we had to be escorted to our room by an employee to anytime we needed reentry. I was with my daughter and did not feel safe having to let a stranger walk us to our room late at night so we checked out same day

We had a nice stay at this hotel. Very nice front desk staff and housekeeping. The only thing I didn't like was how the water temperature wasn't as hot as I would like when showering. Everything else was great. Very good size of room and very clean.
