Its ok but nothing like the description. No covered area , no gym , no BBQ area. The manager is a great lady tho

Friendly staff, quiet surroundings, and spotless restrooms! You can tell the owners really care about keeping the park in top condition.

I would rate zero stars if I could... The lady manager at the site is very sweet, but that's the only nice thing I can say. The owner, or whatever he is, is a complete scumbag and gets very rude and talks like a real big man over the phone when I told him the room he tried to rent me is filthy and infested with bugs. There are 2 apartments attached to the laundry building. I only wish I could meet him in person so we could "talk' about our differences.

I've lived here for 11 months and don't ever want to leave. Charlotte the manager is the best person to be here. She keeps the park clean and doesn't allow any bad things to go on here. I've stayed by myself and have never been scared because she is here. She is a wonderful person I don't care what anyone else says. She'll bend over backwards to help people. I love her and her family and it's quiet and safe nothing to worry about at all. If she was to leave so would I otherwise this is our permanent spot. We have quiet time and everyone respects that. I love Charlotte with all my heart and it's always clean and she's always on the go doing stuff to make the park safe at all times.

Management not so friendly, wifi not that great but peaceful place for price. Tried resolving wifi issues for 1 1/2 months with management to no avail, last month staying here and not returning for turnaround. No credit for days left, plan on not getting deposit back,
