New manager sure has upgraded the park and it's tenants! She's hosted a bunch of free community events like potlucks and movie nights in the park for tenants. Park is peaceful and quiet with no drama and awesome sunsets. Very dog friendly with around 6 acre's of grass to walk your dog around on. On a negative note the onsite laundry I don't think it's had updated machines in over 20 years!
When i moved in park was kept clean neat and manager was on site and friendly always ready to help. After park was sold and under new management, it started going down hill. Trees were nit trimmed and only got watered when residents watered them. Rv sites were not watered and soon turned to dirt. If you were lucky to catch and talk to manger it did no good. I moved out of the park recently because of how bad its gotten
Nice quiet place. Price is reasonable. To many cats running around tenants need to keeps there cats inside. Overall it’s a nice place to live.
Best rates my neighbor lady is AWESOME. Not had any p roblems Jay's been great. UPDATE: August 2021 New owners & management. They don't talk much. Argue with there manager tho... Nobody bothers me. Showers are Bunko... Only first one has Hot Water... $5 in quarters to realize it!!
My husband and I stayed there for a month in May 2006. We found it to be quiet, friendly and low-key. The owners are very nice and they have a tiny store and hair salon, as well as a playground...but not a pool. Their prices are great and they have discounts for longer stays which attracts several long-term people who are visiting or working in the area temporarily. They offer cable TV and even some phone hookups can be gotten for those staying long term. There are two coin-operated washers and dryers in the store/salon so the hours are limited but if your RV doesn't have a way to do laundry, it is great to have a place to wash your bathing suits and towels after going to one of the local lakes or pools.
