Best Western Plus Lake Front Hotel

Comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed room for a great price. The team working were friendly and warm. The lake views are beautiful and dinner in Paradise Bar and Grill was delicious. Thanks Best Western in Moses Lake for a really enjoyable stay!

Positive: It was clean Negative: Handicapped access non existent no elevator to second floor, thought we’d have view of lake nope we were over the pool not a view made reservations far in advance , hate the pillows, tiny bathroom

Our room appeared run down and has limited outlets for computers etc. When getting ready for bed we realized the sheets on one of the queen beds hadn't been washed. We called the front desk and they sent up a maintenance man (he was very nice) who we helped remake the bed. He was apologetic but the front desk was not. The next morning we found another surprise in the bathroom behind the extra toilet paper rolls. We will never be back.

Great location near freeway and right beside the lake. No noticeable traffic noise. All staff we had dealings with were friendly and efficient. Restaurant with lake views was a real bonus [good food, good service] and the complimentary breakfast was astonishing - freshly made omelette with choice of fillings, and a wide selection of hot and cold items.|Reception staff were friendly and efficient and, on check out, gave us advice on places to visit en route to our next stop on the journey.|Would certainly stay here again if in the area.

I was booked the room by my company as I'm here training a guy for his route . I'm a night walker and it's very quiet here . Also when I'm sleeping during the day I have not been disturbed . I did hang the do not disturb and the only person to knock on my door was room service . Oh and about that . The restaurant on site is amazing . I mean it's a little pricey but well worth the price . My Gouda bacon burger was delicious and the poutine pastrami cheese fries were pretty good too . They needed a little salt but I didn't think about that when I ordered . The food showed up hot , covered and on a tray with silverware . And it wasn't plastic . I however did not get a room with a view , but as I sleep most of the day it wasn't a concern of mine .
