Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moses Lake by IHG

Check in: smooth and friendly Room: clean and well appointed. Lots of plug in points, big bathroom, comfortable beds WiFi: easy to connect and good bandwidth Lobby and grounds: clean Breakfast: the best complementary breakfast i’ve ever seen in a hotel of this class. So many options you don’t normally get. Overall this is an +A hotel and I highly recommend

This is a great hotel with a terrific location. It's clean, cost effective, and modern. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very well managed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend friends and family to stay as well.

The interaction I did have with the staff was very good. No one was rude and they were very friendly. The bed was firm - I prefer softer options. The room had a digital thermostat control on the wall. I don't know if I didn't set it properly (Auto), but I had trouble with the A/C maintaining 67 or lower at night. The shower had excellent water pressure, they give you lots of towels and toilet paper, and the bathroom was very clean. The room also came with a standard size microwave, a good size not so mini fridge, and a Keurig machine. Fitness Center was a good size with standard workout equipment, water, towels, and sanitizer wipes. Pool and all facilities seemed to be well kept through out my stay. Standard Continental Breakfast options.

So nice to have get what you paid for. Nice room, clean and most importantly a comfortable bed. I have paid way more for way less. Very satisfied will absolutely come back.

Moses Lake feels in the middle of nowhere, but this Hotel is within a 10minute drive to anything you might need. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is made well and hot. Staff is very kind and accommodating.
