Willows Hotel & Spa at Viejas

The spa here is one of the worse I have ever been to unfortunately, staff is very nice place looks nice but unfortunately what could be an amazing experience was horrible the massage person had gloves on and was not a very good massage at all, me and my wife where not happy with the lack of experience of the massage no aromatherapy, the hot tubs are all cold the steam room smells like mold over all I very very

Super nice hotel and I am VERY picky. Clean. Great aesthetics. The Suite was amazing. Quiet. Only advice is if you sleep better with noise, bring a little noise machine because even the ceiling fan is modern and quiet. We had next door neighbors that were pretty loud and we called the front desk and asked if they could call them and ask them to be quieter (it was past midnight), and immediately they did, and then they called us to make sure it was resolved.

Had an amazing experience here. From the staff, the room and to the amazing employees at The Grove Steak House. Angelika, Rafael, and Alex were the most attentive and courteous people we have ever met. They made my husband and I’s first experience here memorable. I so very much appreciate the over the top customer service we received from them! Hopefully management reads these comments and rewards their employees for going above and beyond. Can’t wait to come back!❤️

Every one was so nice and helpful here! It was our first time staying at the Willow. Richard was amazing when we first got there and when we left, I think his name was Matt, he was wearing a Bills jersey that day, was so awesome as well! When we checked in on Friday, everyone was so helpful. Thank you for making mine and my husband's mini vacation a great one. We DEFINITELY will be back! Oh, did I mention, the beds and pillows are like HEAVEN!

Spa never picks up the phone or returns voicemails for inquiring guests. Bad business. There are way more affordable, lavish, and better spa service elsewhere in San Diego.
