White Oak Wild Nights

We were completely blown away with our overnight stay at Lions, Tigers & Bears. It’s a beautiful sanctuary where so much love and care goes into the animals, the property and the villa where you stay. The villa is gorgeous, St. Regis standards with incredible attention to detail ranging from the furnishings to the linens and decor. It’s incredibly clean and everything looks brand new. We brought our food to grill and it was such a delight to sit outside and hear Louie the lion. The staff and founder are all such compassionate and dedicated animal lovers—-it’s a wonderful experience. It would be a fantastic place to host a family event as there are spacious grounds with beautiful outdoor lighting and garden. If you stay overnight you can walk through the sanctuary and see the animals

From start to finish, this was an unforgettable experience!!! I'm a Lions, Tigers and Bears volunteer, so I know the amazing sanctuary. But, staying on site took things to an entirely different level. We were enthusiastically welcomed and were treated with warmth and kindness the entire visit. I'd previously peeked in the two bedroom guest house, but actually going inside was the biggest treat...Every single detail cannot be adequately described in words. I'll try a little bit. A contractor would appreciate the beams, fireplace mantle, etc...A gourmand would love the outdoor kitchen. An insomniac would sleep well on the most comfy of beds. An interior designer would certainly be impressed. Such a delight!!! Oh, and the animals??? The lanterns for dark are fantastic. Animals are unpredictab

A perfect meeting of a romantic, private getaway and supporting the protection and care of animals. Lions, Tigers & Bears is already one of the best sanctuaries you could visit. Great location, very nice and knowledgeable staff, and of course amazing animals that are being greatly cared for.||||The chance to stay at such a place is an opportunity that no one should pass up. You can drive right up to the house with easy parking. Very kind staff members showed us to the suite and gave a great rundown of amenities (a grand grill, fire pit, hot tub, and pool with a waterfall outside, and inside a fireplace, and a complimentary bottle of wine just to mention a few). The two-bedroom stay is wildlife-themed with lots of fun decor to discover. The bedroom has every pillow option possible and warm

Gorgeous stay! So special to hear the lions while you sleep, hang out by the bonfire by the tiger enclosure, and wade in the pool while observing the emus! The staff was so helpful and anticipated every need! The house is cozy and welcoming with very fun decor. It was great to be able to walk the grounds at night and hang out with Eddie the Jaguar. Thank you again!

Second stay at Wild Oak (and always Wild Nights). I hope to be a frequent overnighter here, as it is THE BEST!!! My friend was overwhelmed/fascinated/giddy with happiness/grateful/educated/treated!|El was excited to meet Jack, the donkey. He snubbed her. She fell in love with Eddie...Oh, really? A stay here for a night is fabulous, but a couple of nights would be a dream come true!!! Walking around early in the morning is pure magic!!! Thank you to all the staff, volunteers and animals who made our less than 24 hours a time we will cherish forever!!!
