Did not stay here. I went there with my mother for the birthday bash. I'm not a gambler. So this is from that perspective. Smoking and non smoking sections, non existent. The whole place smells like cigarettes. Make sure you have a mask of your a non smoker. If you are vegan, there are no options for you to eat except fruit, lol. I couldn't get past the smoke. I sneezed the whole 3 hrs I was there. Good luck to you if you gamble!

This casino is a terrible waste of money. They are so stingy with the free play and comps. Their slot machines are tighter than a snare drum. I would advise to never step foot in this place. For the gifts this holiday, they ran out of the good stuff on Sat. and on Sunday they only had peanut brittle, chocolate and a candle set to choose from. They are criminals and liars. Everything is false advertisement here. Don't give these jerks one cent. I hope they go bankrupt.

My stay at Viejas Casino & Resort was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, especially compared to other casino resorts I’ve stayed at in places like Las Vegas. First, early in the morning around 9 AM, I had a staff member named Faith call me and tell me I needed to come downstairs because my girlfriend was at the entrance. I had left the room quickly and didn’t bring my ID or room key because I was told to come down immediately. When I got there, Faith suddenly insisted that I needed ID to get a new key and made the situation unnecessarily difficult. This could have easily been avoided if she had simply told me on the phone to bring my ID or my room key. As far as the casino very nice the customer service in there was good no complaints. Had a great time in there. When I left I had to get fuel and it happened to be 2 minutes after midnight in the gas station closed but I was already pumping fuel and then when I hung up the nozzle I asked for a receipt and the screen said your receipt is inside so I went to go inside there was a guy mopping the floor by the and I knocked on the door and he said we're closed in a crappy attitude and I said well I just need a receipt and he said you need to pay its pump. He didn't even look up from the floor to see what I actually needed so as far as the customer service at the gas station I give it a negative one start horrible. The one guy ruins me visiting again.
