Willows

This place is absolutely terrible! I moved there temporarily after moving from Texas and my husband and I were mortified! It was roach infested, its located in a drug and prostitution infested area, the property manager was rude and racist, my food trailer was broken into and I had to have law enforcement come out because we were afraid for our lives because strange people were always lurking and hanging out. This place attracts people from all over because its near the port. When we moved 6 months later we thoroughly cleaned the room, better than we found it and we were denied our deposit! I highly recommend that you do not, by no means, rent from the Willows. You will be crying just like a "weeping willow"!!!!

Exceptional front desk service, beautiful, clean room, and safe area. The staff was so helpful and kind and always greeting us and asking how are day went. The location was by the zoo and not far from Wrigley Field. Best stay ever!!!

Worst dump I have ever seen and experienced. Drugs all over and females solicit themselves out of their rooms. It took me 2 whole days to clean before It was even livable.i paid for my own pest control service to treat the area,after telling the person that is only there to collect rent for approx 2 hours a day. The female claiming to clean the rooms smokes marijuana on her breaks smh. Also I had money and food missing out of my rented room,until I posted a sign on my door that housekeeping wasn't needed.....smh. finally after 6 weeks my house was ready for move in and I was able to leave ,last but not least running after my deposit I left for a whole week ,and being accused of stealing 2$18.00 towels lol. I don't think the scum ever seen or used an $18.00 towel , needless to say they accu

Great location if you need a weekly efficiency. Owners keep the property in good shape and no problems with crime. Very convenient.

I live there -constantly run out of hot water it takes forever to get any kind of maintenance done I have been trying for 4 months to get them to repair and clean my bathroom exhaust fan they do not do any kind of pest control as soon as you turn out the lights the roaches come out
