Two Meeting Street Inn

This is truly the most beautiful home in Charleston. We have stayed every year for 24 years for my husband‘s birthday and the service has always been impeccable, the food delicious, the room and grounds are stunning and it’s in the best location in Charleston. We adore it. Can’t wait till it reopens!

Enjoyed our honeymoon here! Was the absolute perfect place to stay to have a true Charleston experience. The rooms were perfect, breakfast was outstanding and the staff truly exuded southern hospitality. Make sure you have a glass of their ice cold sweet tea on the porch after a day of sightseeing!

We stayed three nights for our anniversary. If you can splurge for one of the premier rooms on the second floor with the porch, do it! We really enjoyed sitting out there watching the tourists, carriage rides and rain one evening. Afternoon tea was great and we had fun chatting with the other guests. The house and grounds were beautiful. The staff was amazing. Highly recommended!

Two Meeting Street Inn was such a special treat! All the staff were so kind, attentive, accommodating and blessed us with their Southern hospitality! The surroundings were beautiful! Everything we experienced during our stay from the check-in process, our room, the food and the rich history of this bed and breakfast was nothing short of magnificent. Perfect location in regards to experiencing the heart of Charleston and all that this beautiful city has to offer.

We spent three unforgettable nights celebrating my wife`s 77th birthday. This was our second visit in five years and we thoroughly enjoyed everything from booking to departure. This property is truly a "place apart" in every way... (1) the setting is absolutely stunning, surrounded by massive oak trees and right on the battery; (2) the Southern hospitality and personal attention is simply outstanding; (3) the gourmet breakfasts are equal to and even better than the dinners we had in three of Charleston`s top 10 restaurants; (4) the period decorated rooms are charming especially the Williams room with a private deck overlooking the gardens: and, (5) the location is perfect for walking in and around the old town.
