Willow Grove Inn & Suites

Good: For the price that I paid, I believe that I got a good value when compared to other hotels in the area.  The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well as did the television. I stayed in one of the suites.. I wouldn't exactly call it a suite as it's more of a studio. It was very quiet when I was there because there were only a handful of guests staying at the hotel. There was a microwave and a mini fridge but they do not provide silverware or plates. They do provide a free breakfast on the ground floor even with the low guest count. It was similar everyday but very much appreciated, and I believe it was available until 9:00 a.m.  They have a lot of bagels there but no cream cheese so bring your own if you need it.||Not so good: The people who cleaned my room did not do a good

Positive: It's a nice enough place, decent beds and constant fan and roomy rooms Negative: Not a spring hill anymore, looks like it's been taken "private" and unaffiliated. Check in staff acted odd, room had obvious cleaning issues. Toilet easily clogged. Hope it's not the start of new owner going downhill.

A very generic looking hotel. Appears to be transforming into a holiday and express. Lobby area was updated. Room was relatively clean. Layout was nice. Felt dated. No luggage dolly in the room to put your suitcase on. Towels felt a little old. Some of the stuff from the room could definitely use updating. Kind of gross with the ceiling fan. Had a layer of filth on it. Breakfast in the morning was at this appointment. Certainly not holiday and express quality. Pretty bland nasty eggs, sausage patties, and assortment of semi-style bread. Hopefully if they make their full conversion to Holiday inn Express they'll improve the quality because the location is good.

Person who checked us in was on her phone for a significant amount of time in plain view before helping, and checking in was a bit awkward. Then sure enough she was on her phone pretty much every time we were down at the desk, sitting on the counter looking completely uninterested in anything. ||This hotel is pretty gross beyond the entrance. Musty odor throughout, rooms are spacious but mostly inconveniently laid out. Our room had a very loose faucet for the tub and it was difficult to get the shower to work without feeling like it was going to break. ||Ive stayed at a lot of hotels and there are usually 2 types of reactions- “oh this is alright” and “oh no, it’s one of those kinds of hotels…” and this is the latter.

Don't stay here. Its not worth the 10 bucks a night cheaper compared to other hotels in the area. Free breakfest is egg and sausage with no condiments. Front desk people while nice always on there phone and tell you to ask other employees questions. Place is dirty and not cleaned well. Pictures make it look nice but not what rooms actually look like. I won't stay here again. IHG used to be alot better but certainly going down hill more and more every year. I came back to the room today and someone was in my room when I was gone. I had the do not disturbed sign on my door and yet someone still came in my room. I called the desk and asked to speak to a manger but the front desk lady Jasmine said the manger is not on site and could not give me a time when one would be here. How is that ok
