Worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. This hotel should be embarrassed to wear the Marriott name. I am a Bonvoy Gold Elite member so I stay at a lot of Marriott’s annually. Hotel is half under construction, which I was not notified at the time of booking. I booked a King suite, and was given a ADA handicap accessible room that looked like it had not been updated since 1985 (the old school analog TV is a sure sign of cheap owners). The heater in my room was not functioning properly and it was about 80 degree’s in my room every night with no way to control the temperature except to open the sliding door. (It was 20 degree’s out side so that was interesting). Oh yeah, and the construction workers bring in sheets of drywall and working directly below my room all night was a nice touch

With all the renovations you’d think you’d try to make up for it.  Iron in room had a short.  No hairdryer.  Shampoo was empty.  Fitness center is an embarrassment - two treadmills and one didn’t work. A bench.  10 dumbbells.  And on top of all that you want to change for breakfast?   I’ll be returning to the Hampton around the corner - far superior property.

We made reservation for a family wedding over the weekend. If you look at the registration desks they have the placard at each desk, "Director of positive first impressions." Nothing could be further from the truth. There is a young woman with shoulder length straight hair without a name badge working the registration desk. She was there working Friday, October 10th and Saturday, October 11th. This individual defined rude and not customer service oriented. When I gave my name and advised I checked in advance, she said I don't need your name just your id and we probably don't have rooms available. This was later afternoon. We did get a room and my daughter called later to see if she could get adjoining rooms since she was traveling with her two kids and she got the same attitude saying some

Up until further assessment , I won’t recommend this hotel AT ALL . I felt obligated to leave this review. I was here last week and I was satisfied. This week , I checked in 4:32 PM Thursday 2/26/26 . The lady at reception desk was not as good as the one last week . She asked “ WOULD TWO KEYS BE ENOUGH ?” I responded One is enough. No reaction, heads down typing. I repeat again two more times . No response. I repeated fourth time and she is like “ I heard you sir.. I heard you all several times you repeated. It’s the system that says “ two keys” . Well , I understand that .. what I don’t understand is when you ask and I answer and then you go silent … then I take it as rude and in fact IT IS RUDE… I pay here. I am not your free guest. Like I said .. last week lady was nice so it means my

The desk staff was pleasant. I was there for Christmas Eve and Day, and, while I did not take issue with the absence of Christmas songs in the lobby, i could have done without the “groove” music. The continental breakfast was good. As a disabled person in pain, and with difficulty sleeping, I had hoped for peace and quiet, and use of the pool and hot tub. The bedding was relatively comfortable. I couldn’t figure out what all the banging noises were, but figure it must have been the steel doors to all the rooms slamming shut at all hours of the day and night. When I got to the fitness center, my entry card did not work, and there was no phone available; I had to walk to the lobby to get help. Once inside the fitness center, there were no towels, there was hair in the lukewarm and under-fill
