Willow Brook Lodge

Clean rooms but they are a bit dated. There was rust around the bottom of the shower. Very nice, hard working staff, especially the room cleaning staff. Pleasant indoor pool and jacuzzi. Good location. Giving it 4 stars for two reasons - we had ground level room and the floor was felt like it was made of ice. If you go in the winter, don't let them give you a ground level room! Second, the ladies who were working the breakfast were so incredibly sweet and hardworking but the variety of food was lacking.

We can’t say enough good things about Willow Brook Lodge! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. The check-in was smooth and friendly, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our group, even helping us store our bikes safely until our room was ready. We had been referred by friends, and we are so glad we chose this hotel! ||The room was spotless, beautifully updated, and incredibly comfortable. We loved the comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, and delicious breakfast each morning. Our kids were thrilled with the indoor and outdoor pools, the waterslide, and the hot tubs. The river-facing suites are worth every penny for the relaxing view! Our family stayed in one of the big river suites. It was awesome! We stayed here with our family over New Year’s, and overall our stay was great up until an incident in the early morning hours of January 2nd. Around that time, the fire alarms began going off throughout the property. Unfortunately, we were never notified by management or staff that the situation was clear or what was going on. After the alarms had been sounding for 10–15 minutes with no communication, I ended up calling emergency services myself at that point, they were not even aware the alarms were going off. Once notified, the fire department arrived very quickly. Aside from that situation, we truly enjoyed our stay. We love staying here the staff is always friendly and helpful the location is awesome. It is close to shopping and entertainment. The breakfast is always amazing. Those lady's do an awesome job every morning to ensure you have a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are clean and always smell good and there always seems to be plenty of parking. We have stayed here plenty of times. This is our home away from home. No complaints here. Highly recommend...

First time here and we liked it. Yes the rooms are dated and ours smelled a little damp but it was great for our needs. The shower pressure was excellent. We had a fridge and microwave. The lodge is close to many things. The whole staff was super nice. The breakfast was good. Shout out to the breakfast ladies for their hard work:) Would definitely stay here again.
