Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa

Such a cool resort. Really well themed, everything was super clean and the staff were so friendly. Loads of facilities, lovely heated outdoor spa.

This was our first time staying at the DreamMore and we weren't disappointed. It is a beautiful hotel, and even more special at Christmas. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Our 2nd room (see below) was very quiet and the sleep quality was quite good. We also enjoyed having the cafe with coffee and the famous Dollywood Cinnamon Bread. The trolley service to the park was very convenient.||I was especially impressed with how good the service was, as we had a couple of issues during the stay that were quickly resolved. The first was the room. We were in a room that was above the roof of the restaurant and there was a very constant sound that I think came from the HVAC units on the roof. I had an amazing stay at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth, welcoming, and well organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel truly valued as guests. Bed was comfortable and very quite. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, with a great bed and a relaxing layout. The entire resort was clean and beautifully maintained, giving off a cozy but upscale mountain-resort feel. The pool and common areas were well kept and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The convenience to Dollywood is a huge bonus and made our trip stress-free. Overall, this was a top-notch experience and absolutely worth it. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ DreamMore Resort is truly the perfect getaway. If you’re looking for peaceful serenity, this is the place for you and your family. The resort is surrounded by rolling foothills and tall mountain peaks, creating a beautiful backdrop with classic country charm. Everything was exceptionally clean—even the small cracks and crevices were spotless. My key card worked every time, and I felt completely safe with security present throughout the property. Every employee I encountered was smiling and welcoming, and hand sanitizer was conveniently placed at every doorway. The rooms were full of thoughtful comfort upgrades, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the pillows were incredibly soft. An all-around excellent stay—highly recommended!

My recent visit to Song & Hearth at DreamMore Resort was a mixed experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast buffet itself fell short of expectations. The waffles were extremely dry — more like crisp cookies than waffles — and the grits were lumpy with an unexpected sweetness that didn’t work well. The sausage was also overly sweet, almost as if it had been soaked in sugar water before cooking. The scrambled eggs were cold and watery, which was disappointing for a breakfast service. For the price, the buffet simply wasn’t worth it. Reagan’s breakfast buffet is much better in both quality and consistency, and it feels far more worth the money. The bright spot at Song & Hearth was the omelette station. The chef preparing omelettes was outstanding
