Wiley Inn

We didn’t have the pleasure of staying in one of the rooms, but the owner John was more than hospitable when our car broke down during a snow storm. He was so generous to let us hang out in the rec room while we waited for a tow and offered us drinks/snacks. I highly recommend the Wiley. Thank you John.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a stay at the Wiley Inn to take in the spectacular fall foliage season. This is not a slick, formulaic hotel. Every room is unique. Ours was very cozy and comfortable. I'm usually a poor sleeper but my FitBit acknowledged I got a "good" night's sleep every night of our stay (unheard of!) and my husband got his highest scores too! Our hosts, Lucille and John, could not have been more generous or accommodating and were very helpful suggesting area restaurants, hikes and vista points. Great stay, great people!

This is a nice enough inn but not a good value for the price. Beds are comfortable and room and bath was clean but the walls and doors are thin (bring earplugs) and the breakfast is a tacky plastic utensils and Keurig affair that is served in a hallway. For the cost we were expecting more of the Vermont inn experience with a nice breakfast.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. And very up to date. But was missing some amenities like blow dryer and soap for the shower and shampoo. The owner was extremely nice and we actually hung out with him for a little while.

I believe in the past the Wiley Inn was an actual bed and breakfast with amenities expectant of a cozy inn. However this is not the case now. This is a clean motor inn with a friendly host. The rooms have no tv, no closets, no information of restaurants or things to do in the area. There is no fireplace in the rooms, nor a hot tub as advertised. The breakfast is continental: fruit, packets of oatmeal, yogurt, coffee/tea. The high speed internet was spotty. If your just looking for a place to sleep at night, its fine, however if your looking at more of a cozy bed and breakfast or "inn" don't be misled by the Name as this is a motel with limited amenities and sitting areas.
