The Overlook

Jason's place was fantastic for our group of 14! The house was very spacious, spotless, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The shuttle to Bromley was a huge bonus and made getting to the mountain very easy. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it, especially for larger groups!

We stayed in this home for 2 nights during the New Years holiday, it was great. We had 10 adults and 6 kids of all ages( 1-10) . There was plenty to do, arcade games, pool table , hot tub (very clean and new) and tons of space upstairs and down. You sit high on a ridge so there are great views of the mountains including Stratton. The home itself is very newly renovated. The kitchen, appliances, furniture, beds, bathrooms everything was new and good quality. We have stayed at many rentals and this one was one of the best spots we will defiantly be back in the future.

The place was absolutely perfect for our group and incredibly easy to get to, which made the trip even more enjoyable. There was plenty to keep us busy without ever having to leave the house—everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay was right there. When we did want to head out, the drive to the mountain was quick and convenient, making it ideal for anyone planning to ski or snowboard. Jason was extremely helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions and offer guidance. Overall, he was a fantastic host and made the experience even better.

Our stay at The Overlook was nothing short of perfect. Everywhere you turn, there’s something charming to appreciate. One of the absolute highlights for our family was the arcade downstairs. It’s incredibly fun, packed with games, and became the nightly gathering spot where kids and adults had an equally amazing time. This property was the perfect getaway for us. The location is ideal—close to the mountain and just a quick drive to Manchester. The beds were very comfortable, and the spacious kitchen made meal prep easy. The views from the deck were truly unbeatable; even at night, the stargazing was some of the best I’ve experienced. We also enjoyed the arcade games and spent our evenings relaxing by the fire pit. If you're looking for a top-tier place to stay, this is it.
