Whitewater Condos

Had a tube break while floating the river so me, my baby, and aunt got out to head back to our car when the owner comes out with his dog and starts getting aggressive with his tone after I asked him to get his barking dog off me and my baby's back as we were just passing through. What a terrible place.

These condos were easy to find, plenty of parking and peaceful. We booked Unit C for our family of 5. It has direct access to the Guadalupe River. The kids had a great time tubing during our stay. The staff is also very helpful. The only issue we found was that the garbage disposal wasn't working in our unit. Other than that, the unit was clean and provided us with basic necessities. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

We rented a condo for the weekend and were very happy with it. The unit was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Seated right at the top of the horseshoe, you can jump right in to float and hop out at the end where you can either ride a shuttle back up to the condos or walk the 10 minutes back on the path. The staff that we interacted with were all very nice. We will definitely be back next time.

We stayed in Unit C in March '24. The condo location is fantastic as its right on the Guadalupe River and has a very nice riverside grass area with picnic tables and chairs. Unit C is on the front side of the building so it doesn't have a river view. The unit has 2 BR and was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a short stay. It should be noted that this is an end unit and you will hear consistent traffic, particularly trucks, on Hwy 306. The frame on one of the beds squeaked just walking across the floor so it was impossible to get a good night sleep between traffic noise and the squeaky bed. I notified property mgt so hopefully, they've fixed the bed.
