Sergeant's RV Park

The owners James and Winter are the sweetest and most accommodating hosts we have ever had. We have been full time in the New Braunfels/Canyon Lake area for over 10 years so we have seen our fair share of parks in the area! We love our HUGE slab spot and the beautiful Hill Country scenery that shoots up behind us. The "Bark Park" is a huge highlight for us. You rarely see a dog run so big, that has huge Oak trees, actually has grass and nice benches to relax on while your pup explores. If you are looking for a simple and easy going experience nestled in the Hill Country and just a few minutes walk to the river, drive to the lake or back towards NB, this is your place! James takes great pride in his little slice of heaven and takes great care to make sure his patrons are safe and happy!

We loved this park! The owners are some of the nicest we have ever met. They are planning to expand and make more RV spaces in the future. Great little bark park for the pups. Glad we got to stay here. Hope to go back one day. Love the stories behind each campsite name. If you haven’t checked their website yet I encourage you to read the descriptions. Very cool. Very nice RV park! Great price. We stayed four nights with two dogs.. the dog park is great! Within walking distance to the whitewater amphitheater. The area is beautiful and a short drive to most attractions. There were no bathrooms/showers so plan to use your rv for that. Sites were fairly level, we did have to adjust one side a little but no big deal. Reservations and check in were super easy and the owners are wonderful and reply promptly. WiFi was great compared to most other parks we’ve stayed in. Would definitely stay here again. We had a beautiful view of the hill behind the park.

Small RV campground near Canyon Lake and perfect for a place to stay within walking distance of Whitewater Amphitheater. The owner was so sweet and made sure we were comfortable. Stayed in site 1 which was large with electric, water and sewer. Close to the road but our AC is loud enough to drown out any noise. The grounds are beautiful. Just a note that this campground does not have a bath house. Owner did say they plan to build one.

Nicest hosts we’ve ever encountered. Beautiful park. Close to FM 306, but road noise was not an issue for us. We camped here in a 5th wheel and will definitely be back.
