Whiteside Motel

This place is a joke. There's mold growing everywhere to the ceiling is about to cave in the water is so nasty and smells of rotten eggs that I spent a week in the hospital. The owners jack and Nora baker are slum lords that refuse to fix anything and yet johnny in the spot when they want their money and heaven for I'd you call the police because then your evicted. Last time I checked I have the right to call the police if I feel I need them.... My stay the worst I've ever experienced¡!!!!! I had to put one star else I couldn't put my review otherwise it's a negative 100

Water quality terrible . Heat never worked in my room had to use a space heater . Ceiling leaked when it rained hard right onto my bed! Huge Rodent issue. I trapped countless mice . At night you can hear scratching in the walls. I honestly don’t know how the building is still standing or why it hasn’t been shut down by the city .

Doesn't rent to females tells you that you can't come on the property just so they can evict someone illegally rooms are molded rain pours in ceiling leaks and manager of the property doesn't keep a word just tells things change and just doesn't respond I guess this is okay cause honestly I don't know how the property is even liveable

Pretty terrible living situation,,, terrible owners, terible landlord,,,, to be honest the place should be turned into a nature preserve,,, waste of 5 months of my life 😢

This place need to be combened water brown shower flood bugs raccoons landlord don't fix nothing at all don't move here you will regert it
