White's Haven Campground

We absolutely love our spot here. The staff go above and beyond to make sure the park looks stunning and that everyone feels welcome. The social calendar is full every weekend during the season including live bands last summer. While there has been a lot of talk concerning seasonal site cost shifts recently, this campground is still an amazing value and is now aligned with all other campgrounds in the area. You are paying for a beautiful, safe, and friendly environment where there is always something fun to do. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

While our booking didn't work out due to issues of our own, the owners and employees were absolutely fantastic. Very nice and accommodating staff that helped us refund our money. Sites were nice, in beautiful area nears Cooks Forest. Look forward to coming back! 👍 Also dog and pet friendly!!

Nice spot to camp. The workers are what keeps the place going. It’s reasonably priced compared to other places. ☮️ of mind in the mountains.

This is an adorable privately owned campground right on the edge of the Cook Forest. A cute well stocked little camp store,🛒 a community building for events and a playground with a basketball court🏀 There are many seasonal people staying here and each street seems to have its own charm and personality.🎭 Clever decorations and landscaping. They just opened a new section up the hill in the back, and the new residents are already adding their charm.

We just rented their ONLY cabin for the weekend. They only have two and one has their family member li in. The one you can rent is nothing like the picture on their website when you reserve it. No porch, no shower. It’s a large shed that is modern inside, however only 2 of the four electrical outlets work. The cold and hot water are installed wrong on the bathroom sink. Your fire pit and picnic area is shared with where they store wood they sell and a pile of scrap wood pieces from where they have chopped wood. This is a clean campground and the playground is perfect for kids of all ages. Everyone is friendly. It is very quiet. The major plus for us was WI fi for when we needed it. We do not regret staying at this cabin but would likely not rent the same cabin in the future.
