White Marsh Motel

This is an extended stay motel that I stayed at for almost 2 years. The best prices I could find just about anywhere! It's right off of rt 40 and about a mile from 43 and 95! It's mostly quiet and the rooms aren't too bad. There's a gas station, Royal Farms and a diner right down the street and even a pit beef place with go karts! The Amish market is just over the county line and it's a great place to go on the weekends!

Best place in the area to stay whether for a day, a weekend, or most importantly long term

For my job with Lockheed-Martin I was looking for an inexpensive place to live while in the Baltimore area. After looking at several places on booking.com, and almost making a mistake with one hotel that turned out to be not-as-nice-as-its-picture, I decided to check out the Williamsburg Inn, which is now Parker's. ||||The rate was good, for the salary I was making at the time ($300 a week plus tax), and I've never had a problem here. The office and restaurant aren't open on Mondays, which I thought was odd, but it's workable. They even have live entertainment in the restaurant on weekends, which takes some getting used to, but again it's workable.||||The only other thing I found odd was its location. Seems to be one of the best hotels/motels in the area besides more expensive places like the country inn. Comes with a nice big closet, full size dresser and kitchen area just no stove oven but you can get a portable one for like $15 at Walmart. Super quiet and no drama unlike places like the colony, colonial and the star further up 40. Only thing that really sucks is the wifi doesn’t work, at least not in the rooms across from the office (opposite side of the bar/restaurant).

Was not able to stay here but have heard it’s a very nice motel …. Location seems really good as far as being close to stores restaurants etc. My Purpose for this review is about the front desk – when I stopped in to see if they have vacancies for a long-term stay recently the lady at the front desk was very short and rude and yelled at me that they did not have any vacancies at this time nor did she know when they would ….. There is a sign out front that clearly says rates for contractors etc. which I have a work contract stating exactly that and yet I was still yelled at very loudly and very rudely that there are no vacancies and when I asked if she knew of any other motels in the area she gave me a disgusted look and said that was not her job to know ….
