Great rooms nice experience i met sam he was a great dude

This place is the worst I've ever stayed. The room was dirty and smelled of smoke and mildew. We were there for 5 days, they don't give refunds. My husband and I got LEGIONRERS BACTERIA from the water. I reported this place to Baltimore County health department. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! Instead of changing the air filters in the AC units the owner was just rinsing them out with the hose. We stayed in room #9 the New York room which had a picture of the twin towers on the wall complete with obscene drawings from past guests. Also during our stay we had no maid service no clean towels no toliet paper ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE! THE staff was rude and no helpful. I am pleased with the room and motel in general. I haven't seen any bugs, the room I was in, room 19, is clean and dry, no mold smell. I would recommend that room. The owners are pleasant and helpful, but they are cheap. I had someone fix a leaking sink at 3am and they refused to reimburse me. I would recommend this motel to anyone wishing to stay in the White Marsh/Middle River area. Definitely better than the other motels on Route 40. I'm not a family member, just someone who needed to rent a room.

The bathroom wasn't very clean. I cleaned it myself. The sheets had a few burn holes in them. The room could be up dated. The mini fridge was the smallest I have ever seen same with the microwave. Owner was will to reduce my rate because if the length of time I had to stay. It was quite and no one disturbed me.

I would NEVER advise anyone to go to this disgusting trifling nasty bug infested moldy place. The COPS who had to show up even agreed it’s shady and to never recommend this place, I am now sueing and they have told me the steps to take this civil case to the court house. So here’s what happened I went TODAY and they failed to be HONEST and tell me the price difference in rooms. He told me it was 80 for a room, the GUEST currently staying had to inform me it is 70 compared to rooms on the higher level which he charges 80 for, he charged me the same price to try and get OVER on me. Then when I asked is there any tvs that are facing the bed because I don’t want to break my neck to watch tv right NEXT TO THE LOUD AC he said no all of the rooms are the same and no TVS face the bed.
