Whitaker House Suites

2025 update- they changed it back. Came into our unit and the fireplaces are now operational again. Thanks. This is our home time share. Was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED to find that now the fireplaces in the units are shut off from June to September! My time is in August. So I'll never get to use what I call the most important part of the room again!!? We pay enough in maintenance fees for this place. And it was actually freezing in the unit this year because of the weather. This is the only heat fir the unit as well. They can cut costs some other way-VERY UPSET with whoever made that decision!!!CHANGE IT BACK!!

Super easy check-in with friendly people behind the desk. Great suite, but the carpets needed to be pulled tighter, though. They were quite rippled, and could be a hazard with certain shoes. Very clean and everything we needed was supplied. Easy walking to shops and restaurants.

Older units but clean. Close to town so we walked everywhere.

Windows wouldn't close, refrigerator making noise all night making it hard to sleep. The location was great, always finding new places to visit Reported issue to front desk, service said that's the way the machine operates. 😆 really.

We are timeshare owner for the last 17 years and we love this place location in North Conway NH.
