Residence Inn by Marriott North Conway

My husband and I decided to spend a weekend at the hotel, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, the place was super organized and clean. The rooms were spotless, and there was no noise. We stayed in a family room, which was very spacious and well-equipped for families. The pool was very clean and perfect for both adults and children, and we really enjoyed the fire pit. Perfect for families, the breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent.

This Marriott is one of the best. We go here every year for a winter vacation. The location is right next to the outlets for shopping and plenty of options for dining in or out. The location is minutes from downtown. Rooms are always perfect and bedding is so plush. I actually forgot a controller there in my room and was hours away. They called, got my info and FedEx me it overnight. BEST HOTEL EVER!

The friendliness of the staff is really what sets this place apart from the dozens of other options in the area! Every person we encountered from front desk staff to breakfast crew (amazing!) to housekeeping and every other person running around on the busy holiday weekend was friendly and extremely helpful. The unique room set up (queen bed with two twin beds) was perfect for our family. It was great to have the full size refrigerator and sink in the room as well. The bathroom was small for the 4 of us to share but this was not a huge deal for a 3 night stay. The indoor pool was large and perfect for the rainy/cool weekend. We stayed there 90 minutes one day and the staff was in and out at least 3 times checking to ensure there were clean towels available and dirty ones were removed. We

We stay regularly at the hotel especially in the winter for skiing. Staff is great - especially Kristen Roberts and her breakfast staff who works hard to serve daily breakfast every day. Front desk staff is always friendly and housemen are attentive to requests. Amenities like are pool, hot tub and outdoor s’mores are fun, especially for kids. I love the hot tub after skiing. It is great that it’s a pet friendly hotel too, but one small negative feedback is more thorough cleaning of the dog/per fur after fur guests leave. The room we stayed at had a lot of dog hair but the houseman helped clean it after we called. The carpet in the room was worn out but i understand the hotel is going through renovation so hopefully that will be replaced. Overall, it is a great place to stay for our ski t

I spent five days at this hotel in early January and really enjoyed my stay. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt welcoming and well presented. The Christmas decorations were a lovely touch, and the friendly woman at check-in immediately set the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The complimentary s’mores were a big hit with the kids and a nice extra that added to the overall experience. My room was immaculately clean and very well maintained. It included a well-equipped, fully functioning kitchen, which gave me great flexibility when it came to preparing meals. All of the staff were consistently friendly and cheerful, and the hotel had a warm, homely atmosphere throughout. The indoor pool was excellent, and the gym was well maintained and easy to use.
