During my time at this resort, I have thoroughly enjoyed the gym, the food, and the conference rooms. The environment surrounding the resort is breathtaking. Nothing beats the Southwest atmosphere. Our room was great and the bed was soft as a cloud. The microwave was asked to be available for the room which was a godsend. There was an issue with the plumbing due to our neighbor but the hotel took immediate action to address the issue and received accommodation due to our inconvenience. The organization I am apart of comes to this resort frequently thus very much look forward to coming back to this wonderful place. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful.

I've stayed at this hotel many times since 2014. Westward Look was once a well kept property. But having stayed two times this last year I have been very disappointed. While the location is unmatched the housekeeping and maintenance of the property has declined significantly in the past year. My husband an I stayed in a casita jr. suite. Once again the room had not sliding door screen so we had to keep the door open when we wanted fresh air as the windows are non operational. We love to sleep with fresh air and this was not an option due to the lack of screen door. But the most disturbing part was the shower. It was full of mold on the floor and walls. When trying to shower we had two inches of backup water in the enclosure. Maintenance came to clear up the next day but unfortun

Positive: The staff was unbelievably helpful and welcoming Negative: The tv could be more up to date and the coffee maker is terrible. I truly appreciate free coffee in the long if the room doesn?t have a quality coffee maker

I stayed at the Wyndham Lookout Hotel in Arizona while attending the West Coast Catholic Cemetery Conference (an annual event I attend every year), and it was a wonderful setting for the week. The grounds were beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly well kept—exactly the kind of atmosphere that makes a conference feel both informative and relaxing. Even with the cooler weather, I still wanted to be outside because the views were truly spectacular. Overall, it was an ideal environment for learning, connecting, and also unwinding. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it for conferences, retreats, or anyone looking for a calm, scenic getaway.

Absolutely one of the best experiences we have had at a resort. The atmosphere was amazing and so relaxing. ALL the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our view from our room was amazing, birds singing, and the sunset beautiful. We walked to the other side of the resort the next morning for an indescribable sunrise! We will be back.
