Westpark

Over priced!!! These mobile home parkd were supposed to be an affordable place to own a home, with a small 'rent' to cover amenities. However homeowners are struggling to give the homes away. It's common for the house to sell for about 5k. Meanwhile monthly 'rent' for the house they own, is now 1100$ our family now has 2 units that we are stuck with. 1 unit is being used... but one has been on the market about 8 months. One unit next to our family's unit sat empty near a year, then was nearly given away for 5k. It would have been 'cheaper' to gift the house to an elderly person in need

Westpark is one of the best parks I've seen. There is beautiful landscaping and well-maintained amenities like the exercise room, that may be good enough to save you a gym membership. And these are just the beginning of the attractiveness of this park. There is an active social club that plans a wide range of events for anyone interested, and most residents do participate because it's fun and a great way to meet really nice people. Management is helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Great place for 55+ . Large pool, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball, many groups catering to various interests. It is a nice place to check out. Seems to attract folks. Well maintained grounds throughout.

Great place to live, nice people fun things to do. One complaint is our pool has been on the fritz for 2 years and that is one of our amenities we’re paying for. Lots of people complain but nothing ever done to fix the problem.

A great place to live at after retirement. The property is well taken care of. Residents are organized and have luncheons, cards parties. Nice swimming pool, clubhouse. It's a 55 plus community.
