Valle Vista RV Park

Stayed six months due to repaires needed on RV to travel (ground controls died, repair company not great but OK) only amenities are laundry room and outdoor small gazebo, shades gone in summer?? Standard water, sewer, wifi (very good for small town). Small 38 site park, 50% permanent guests, as usual a few (3) residents are great and a few feel entitled (2 spies) and will report their version of events to owner be they correct or not. In a small park its evident which is which....Most services are in Surprise, AZ - 35 miles one way. Two grocery stores in Wic7 years visiting RV parks from Florida to California both large (2,000 sites) and small (38 sites). Owner is proficient visits weekly but returns calls immediately. Valle Vista RV Park is a great place to stay, for whatever length of your stay is. We began resing here since this past summer, and the fact that it is centrally located within walking distance of the town square, library, all eateries, local saloons, movie theater, and a Basha's, local shops is the the best and within 3 miles of other shops and a Safeway, The management has been great, they have been professional and very helpful, going above and beyond. The rent is affordable as opposed to the other parks in Wickenburg, It is very clean and kept up, has its own laundry facilities, the residents I have met thus far; are all very friendly. It has been a wonderful experience, definitely check them out; you definitely will not be disappointed.

Such a great little park, cute and clean and well run. The owner took amazing care of us, late at night, and made a difficult situation easy. We're very impressed!

A happy medium between being secluded yet close to downtown. Family owned and operated. Very friendly long time and winter visiters. Local police regularly patrol.

Nice RV and homestead park. Pool, rec center.
