Westgate park city resort and spa is a wonderful place to be. This resort has everything restaurants, shops, ski rental equipment, and located right next to the ski lifts. The front desk, bell boys, maids are very accommodating and genuine people. We all enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back for snowboarding next year. The services the resort provided is outstanding. This is the happiest place on earth for winter sports. It doesn’t get better than this. Positive: Location, amenities. Negative: The pool closer to our room was closed. Luckily they had different pools since that was the main reason we chose this hotel for a rainy weekend.

The room was spotless And had every amenity that we needed. The front desk responded to our requests immediately. The fish shuttle service was very valuable for us, taking us to restaurants and the grocery store with no more than a 10 minute wait ever. The pool and hot tub were clean. Abundant towels available. The ski service And ski lockers was perfection.

I had an amazing person named Spring that took care of me during my stay. She was incredible and made my trip the best trip I have ever had in Park City. Spring should be how wonderful staying and owning a place at Westgate. She was so helpful with everything. My 11 year old son is still taking how special she made him feel.
