Stein Eriksen Residences

The property is very beautiful and in an excellent location. As a residence-style hotel, the room felt more like a remodeled bedroom than a purpose-built hotel room. Unless you book at the suite level, the rooms don’t feel particularly luxurious — our premium room didn’t even have a desk, which affected comfort. I understand that a higher-category booking offers a better experience, but the base rooms feel quite lackluster for the price. The continental breakfast was very basic compared to most luxury hotels. That said, the staff were incredibly helpful, and all of our issues were resolved quickly. Overall, a beautiful property with great service, but the standard room experience doesn’t fully match the luxury positioning.

We did not stay here but did have lunch coming in from the slopes. The guys that were there to meet us as we skied in were so helpful in every way. The hostess went above and beyond in getting a large table for us with a view! The food was excellent and the SER Burger in absolutely delicious. Several of us had the burger and all said it was the best burger they had ever had. The service was very good and would definitely recommend and go back again. It would be a "must do" lunch spot.

This is truly ski paradise. The rooms are excellent. The residences are on mountain and short ski to the lifts. Breakfast buffet excellent and way to eat quickly and get to the slopes. In the ski room they help put your boots on and skis are ready on the snow. When you return someone is outside to take your skis- wow! Back inside there is a nice spa, outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. There is a restaurant where we ate lunch a few times- excellent. The front desk/bellman staff are all friendly and helpful. There is complimentary rides to Park City. You really get spoiled staying here.

We had an amazing stay at Stein Eriksen Residences. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, everyone super nice and attentive, especially Joe and Will at the front desk. We were also able to enjoy benefits with our Hilton status, including upgrade to premium room, late checkout, and complimentary buffet breakfast. We loved the room which includes washer and dryer, large walk-in closet, super comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom with electric Toto toilet. The amenities were also top-notch: we loved the indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, and well-equipped gym.

My partner and I just enjoyed a lovely babymoon here. In the off season, it was quiet, but still lively enough to be atmospheric. We even had a light dusting of snow the last night which made it really feel like fall (coming from SoCal this was charming). |Resort Manager, Jacqi Tewksbury, graciously upgraded us to an amazing 2 bedroom unit with a full kitchen and dining area. It was so nice to have multiple seating options as I'm frequently uncomfortable (7.5 months pregnant so to be expected). We loved lounging on the couches and I enjoyed reading in front of the fireplace.|We enjoyed he breakfast buffet each morning and there was nice variety (pancakes, French toast, eggs benedict, bagels and accoutrement for lox etc). but the delicious maple bacon was a staple and always available.
