Black Diamond Lodge

The location was great, as you can just ski outside. The locker rooms were also great for storing our skis overnight. The lobby was very luxurious with many amenities. The only problem was that we had to use two elevators to get to our room, but we can book a different room next time. Amazing place to stay in Deer Valley! I highly recommend staying here.

What an amazing place. We stayed in a giant 4 bedroom 6 bath penthouse condo (4,000 sq ft!) at Black Diamond Lodge that was sweet. It was unit 243, which is apparently the gem of the condo. The rooms are all large and each has a bathroom en-suite. The loft area had a massage chair, a new Jurassic Park pinball machine and a Pac Man machine with 50 games or so on it. Sitting in the 6 person hot tub while it was snowing out after skiing doesn't suck.||||Note Black Diamond is one of the only REAL Ski-in Ski-out places. It sits 100 feet above Snow Park Lodge so you ski down to the lifts and easily ski back to the ski locker. There is no hiking, walking, polling or anything. Just walk out where the ski guy has nicely laid your skis on the ground with your poles on either side, clip in and

The location is perfect!! Nothing is better than finishing up with your day on the slopes, and being able to ski right to your locker, then head up to your room. Our room was beautiful! And customer service was great.

Every Summer, I attend a conference in Deer Valley and have stayed at many lovely places in the area including the St. Regis and other lodges. I will never stay anywhere else, the Black Diamond Lodge is outstanding on all levels. The level of customer service was outstanding, sending an email before arrival asking for any requests, or needs ahead of your arrival. Susan at the front desk was so helpful and pleasant. The accommodations are gorgeous, and a great value for the price to be in one of the best locations in the valley. You are looking out at the lifts, mountains, can watch the summer concerts for free, and are a short walk to to the St. Regis, Deer Valley lake for SUP and the delicious cafe or rent mountain bikes and head up the trails.
