Westgate Leisure Resort

This resort was great!! The 2 bedroom unit was great for family's and comfortable for 6. The kitchen was spacious and fully outfitted with additional items that could be checked out for use. Additionally, the units have laundry so no laundry goes home dirty. Lots to do and a really friendly staff that ensured that we were fully taken care of. Two pools, a small put put course, splash pad, gas grills for common use, and games that are for open check out. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The guys at the front desk were very professional and nice. Negative: There was a middle aged or a little old Hispanic guy who was either housekeeping or maintenance who kept looking in our windows. Security and housekeeping in general there aren’t nice at all.

Had a wonderful stay. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Mini golf and volleyball were esilynaccessible for the kids. Chose this resort after I could not find availability at my previous choice of resorts and so glad I did. Next time in Orlando I will be looking to stay here again as access to Disney and parking was so easy. Thanks to Diego at the front desk we checked in, got a great room, and had good recommendations for restaurants. Westgate was a wonderful choice for us.

Overall, I had a great stay. The facilities matched the photos online, and the room was clean and well equipped with cookware and dishes. Manuel, Diego, and Ivana at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. The only downside was occasionally seeing small bugs while cooking in the kitchen and a few tiny flying insects near the bathtub. Still, it was an enjoyable stay overall.

The staff are so wonderful. I called ahead and requested a 3rd floor room in a quiet area. Manuel at the front desk said that he would put in the notes what I requested, and they would do their best, but they were unable to assign rooms until check in. When we got there he warmly welcomed us, and said that the one bedrooms were sold out, but he assigned us a two bedroom for no additional cost, and that it was on the third floor and next to the pool! The property is surrounded by mature trees and is very quiet. Our accommodations were wonderful, with everything as pictured. We slept well and had a wonderful evening.
