Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa

I want to take a moment to thank the amazing staff at this hotel for their excellent customer service. Miguel, the manager, was incredibly professional and helpful. Jacob went above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure I was taken care of, and Anastasia provided such kind and awesome treatment throughout my stay. Their teamwork and dedication truly made a difference. The hotel experience overall was excellent, and because of staff like them, I would definitely come back again. Thank you for turning my stay into such a positive experience!

So friendly!!! We just returned home today and I couldn’t wait to write this review. The reservation service was wonderful helping us extend a stay and keeping us in the same room. Check in was flawless as we arrived early and were greeted so nicely and eagerly. My 10 year old son kept saying how his favorite part was all the nice people/workers! Each time we entered and left the resort the gate workers / security were so friendly and just always put a smile on our faces!! Nice waterpark although we have been to a few resorts and the waterpark is included. That said i do think the extra is what kept the crowds down so it also wasn’t a bad thing. And the 3 and 5 day deals are amazing. I would definitely stay here again and we had the best time, even tho most of our trip was not vacation rel

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa in Orlando honestly set the bar for us. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and this was hands down the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Every request we made was completed quickly and in an organized way. No chasing, no confusion, no attitude. Just smooth service. What really stood out was that the staff never once made us feel like we were bothering them. There was zero attitude, which unfortunately you do see at other hotels. We recently stayed at this Westgate location. What a great experience! Our villa was beautiful and very clean. We even had a balcony with a lake view. There are restaurants, stores, an arcade, and even a waterpark on site, all at a walkable distance. This hotel is centrally located, and just about a 10 minute or less drive, to everywhere we went. I want to give a special shout out to Alvroy. After a long drive, and arriving close to midnight, he was extremely helpful in guiding us where to park, loading all our things into his limo golf cart, and then taking us to our villa. He even took all our things up in his luggage cart. All with a welcoming smile! We didn’t have to lift a finger! We were so thankful! We will definitely be staying here again….and asking for Alvroy, of course!

Positive: The staff was excellent the grounds clean the hotel was clean. Everything looked good. Negative: The only thing I had a problem with was asked for one bedroom and I had a studio, which it worked ok but still like the one bedroom better. We had a wonderful trip six days was wonderful thank you very much.
