Western Motel

This place has HUGE potential but there's been a lil bit of improvements going on but at a snail's pace. The Maintenance guys lie to the owner about going to work on tenants apt issues. They show up once and then you don't see them again. The property manager doesn't speak and hardly understands English so going to her solves nothing. You pretty much have to fix whatever issues on your own dime and time. That's after the rent amounts were raised 150-200 more a month!!! On a good note, there are quick evictions given to tenants known to be trouble makers causing unnecessary problems to other tenants. It's a quiet lil community for the most part now. Hopefully the property improvements will continue. Hopefully my apt. will one they work on sooner than later!!!

I have stayed her for about 4 months and I have to say that,I have been pleased with the NEW OWNERS Who have recently obtained this property, I have always been spoken to very kindly and treated respectfully by the Recent New Manager who has recently taken over the position here. I can't say that the previous manager was very nice too me at all. I felt extremely discriminated against by the previous manager. I hope things continue to get better for these New Found OWNERS of the Western Motel. I would Recommend this place to Rent from to anyone searching for a nice cozy place to call their home.

Not the cheapest or the fanciest but it served its purpose for us in time of need and was cheaper for weekly stay, than paying nightly fees at red roof and other nearby hotels. the manager has been really nice and understanding, working with us to save the last room available while we got our funds together to pay for it and allowing us to leave belongings in office for awhile that we could be mobile to do so. Quiet residents, no bothersome staff or intrusive people treating us like kids as some of the Hindi owners do at other weekly n monthly rooms. Heater works great and bed is huge comfy and clean. Bath and showers run hot, no mold or mildew, clean fresh towels and 2 ply toilet paper that reminds one of their home bathroom amenities. no stove or microwave in our unit but it was only ro

The only hotel in Tucson with a working pool! Bless these people. Nice Mom & Pop cabin type rooms. Gentle & kind. Thank you Western In!
