Western Motel Philadelphia

I got here ready to take a bath the tub was nasty and as soon as I layed on the béd I started to itch the bed was coved in bed bugs and lil white bugs. they need to burn this place down. then the tv don't want to work

By far one of the best value hotels I've stayed at. The office manager was very quick with getting my online reservation pulled up and my room keys ready. When we walked inside, the first thing we noticed was the air conditioner had already been turned on and the room was quite comfortable. Normally the air conditioner is off when we arrive and we end up suffering for an hour or two until it finally cools down the hot room. ||It's a small detail but to me, it's a big plus for them. As for the room, they were very clean and the beds/pillows were exceptionally comfortable. There were plenty of outlets for me to charge my electronics and plenty of table/counter space to set our baggage. ||The other guests were quiet and we didn't get disturbed during the night. I also felt very safe while out

The room was in awful shape cabinet broken with holes in it and the door. That whole motel was smoking rooms lights did not work! They gave us a room that was already occupied had to switch rooms We asked for a return of our charges they said we had been there over 30 minutes so they only gave us half of a refund when it was due to their error that we were there that long

They lack their own Boss is the reason there business sucks. He was very quick and saying that I wasn't getting a key card for the room 140 me & my friend were staying in. Had been there 4 days. I just accidentally locked myself out of the room. When I had done been trying to wake up my friend.
