Super Inn & Suites

The shower didn't work properly. It sprayed water everywhere. All the outlets which weren't many didn't work well. The plugs that you use to charge things were very loose. Did have a good size fridge. Beds were comfortable. No sign of bed bugs. Smelled like marijuana as you walked into the hotel. Real strong smell by the check in counter. For a quick night it would do. Didn't get up in time for breakfast. At first it showed either $68 or $74 for the night. Yes I did pay the $7 for the protection plan but my total ending up being $105. Was told by the clerk to call the hotel before coming since I booked it through a 3rd party.

Didn't stay at the hotel because the room that I booked wasn't available was told I had to cancel and book again and was giving a number to call to get refund and couldn't get money back

Becky made our stay so much better than it could’ve been. She took the best care of us and even remembered me when I got back into town. Best service around I guarantee.(Update) We came back for some more work. and some of our guys couldn’t afford a room, so I went up front to ask for some help and Bhumi and Ketan, without hesitation, offered a free room for the night. It doesn’t look like the best place, but I promise, it’s the best place in Philadelphia.

A great place to stay if you want to feel welcome and treated like a king or queen come to super Inn Suites. Good people and great service. My husband and I stayed there for 2 nights and do not want to leave. And also made some friends along the way. Thanks Becky Stuart! For making our stay wonderful. See you again soon.

Glad we were there only one night. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The room wasn't clean. Stuff was left from a previous guest. Toilet stained up very bad, And when I pulled the sheets back. BED BUGS under the sheets. I Informed the front desk and went down to put up a new card for a new room. The clerk asked me did I take a picture of the bed bug. When I showed it to her she jumped and said yep that one. And apologize and told me this was the last room of the night. I just prayed the next room was bugs free. Thought this room was a little better until I saw some nasty panties left behind the bathroom door. Room was covered with ladybug aka Asian beetles. Never will I book here again.
