Western Inn

Front desk Lady is very professional. Great location. Just one very bad thing. Guests cant BBQ or cook. Thats the only reason i wont give it a 5☆ kinda takes away needs on a work Business trip if you staying for a good while.

Do not stay at this place or Highland Inn. Long review, but this all took place over three hours. Sunday Aug 3rd, my daughter and her bf were coming in town later that afternoon so I thought save time I will go get their room to have it ready. 3pm I got the room, never went in, I just left. They get the key at 7pm and head to the room. They call me saying they are scared to stay here they needed me to come back to get the refund cause I used my card. They sent me pics. It was horrible. Toilet paper rolled up in the peep hole. No lock on the door. The bed was leaning so bad u could roll out the bed. It smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I have stayed here a few times in the past without any problems, but this last trip has been awful. There are only two of the front desk attendants that are even competent enough to handle a job such as this. One of them quit last night also. I payed for a weeks room rent when I got into town last Tuesday night. The usual rate was 331.00 which I had no problem with. i was told when I got here that they had no more of those rooms available but she did have one for 348.00 at the weekly rate. keep in mind this has occurred after a two hour check in process which included one of the idiots that work here swiping my credit card so many times that the bank locked it out under the assumption it was stolen. I then had to go in search of a bank at midnight to find a bank to get cash to pay f

It was great , they had pretty good customers service and good looking rooms for a reasonable price . Just need to clean the swimming pool . Water was green , I do NOT recommend getting in the pool .
