I cannot say enough good things about the service at this location. Sierra, Dee and Tawanna (hope I spelled that correctly) were all incredible and went out of their way to be accommodating. They were all very personable and thoughtful. The hotel is currently being renovated, but it did not put a hamper on anything and did not provide any inconvenience. The breakfast was a little underwhelming, but the staff and the fresh coffee more than made up for it. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

This was a terrible experience. We’ve stayed at multiple versions of this hotel in other locations and had some very good experiences. This one, not so much. ||People using hotel amenities (pool and breakfast) coming straight from the parking lot. Bricks holding the door open to the pool so literally anyone can come in. ||Damaged floors being held together by clear packing tape. Front desk people o. The phone not paying attention to anything. ||Lot better places to stay in the area

Positive: Easy check in. Good price. Good location. Negative: I had a handicap accessible room with roll in shower reserved. The room was all the way at the end of the hall- not good for someone with a disability. The shower had a sliding glass door that I could not access. The bed was comfortable but way too tall.

Rooms were great! We would definitely come back! Magdli the desk clerk was great! She went out of her way to help us multiple times!

To be honest, I love these rooms. They are spacious, comfortable, and just what I want. The breakfasts are nice, the lady taht runs it does a good job. The staff is a whole different story. Good luck getting them off their phones and tablets and behind the desk. This is a Hilton, not a Dollar Tree. I am a diamond member and I find this staff to be so far below standard and for the rate, I will be leaving and going across the street. I cant even get this evening guy to get off whatever show he is watching on his tablet long enough to print me a single page for my work. He looks at me like 'why are you bothering me' don't worry big guy, I know who will. I'll take my thousands for hotels elsewhere.
