West Worth Inn & Suites

I’ve stayed here at least 7-8 times because it’s close to my parents house and each time it has gotten progressively worse, and this last time was the final straw for me. Checked in after a 13 hour drive and immediately went to go take a shower and there was a roach in the shower, crappy but i wanted to shower and sleep so I dealt with it, the next day when i woke up I went to brush my teeth and there was worms crawling from under the bathroom door. I was going to extend for another couple days but decided to spend my money elsewhere.

Me and my husband stayed here this weekend and it's newly renovated different owner the rooms were very clean only thing is a homeless guy scared me outside but the hotel itself is really nice

The room had stains and dents and marks everywhere. Cigarettes had been burned into the blankets and never replaced. The worst part was that the bathroom was covered in a small pool of water that eventually reached the carpet. I discovered it in the middle of the night and went to the front desk which was far away and they have NO ONE MANNING IT AT NIGHT. You can't even go inside, you have to ring a doorbell at a service window in a shady area and hope for the best. I waited 5min before I ducked back into my room and tried calling, but no one would answer either. Wasn't able to get much sleep due to the yelling from other guests and construction going on, but when I did manage to fall asleep for a short while, I woke up to a quarter sized spider on my ceiling. Oh, and some bugs had drowned

Good: Front desk was nice, he was very chill. Cons: The entire building smelt like a ash tray. I've been in alot of hotel/motels, so nice amd some not so nice. Never been in a hotel the the entire floor smelt that bad of cigarettes. Our room smelt of cigarettes even worse. I get it's cheap, you get what you pay for, but a little pride in making it smell and look better would go along way. We heard two fights during our stay. Although not the hotels fault. I did get sick due to the hotel. I wouldn't stay if you could afford it. I stayed due to work being right up road. I'll know better next time.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place denied me my room after charging me for it, because I had a registered service animal with me. Not a pet, a registered service animal. That's illegal. They would not refund my money or rent the room to me. The guy is a crook. I called the cops to file a report.
