Comfort Inn & Suites Fort Worth West I-30 NAS JRB

The room was pretty small. The appliances pretty dated. Over all staff was great area is pretty quiet and location is great. The room itself and lobby are pretty clean however the other amenities like fitness center and restroom clearly are neglected and are not cleaned.

This is my go to location to stay when I am going to events at Dickies Arena, the Ft Worth Zoo, the Botanical Gardens, Kimball Art Museum and such. It is very convenient to them all. The property is clean and pretty well maintained. As an older woman travelling alone I feel safe in the parking lot, lobby and room. The rooms are clean but not perfect. There are some worn places and small damage but the fact that they are clean and comfortable is the most important issue. The price is very reasonable. The staff is super nice, friendly and helpful. There are multiple restaurants near by. It is a good choice when needing a place to stay in the area.

Hotel was nice and clean mostly. The bathroom had some soap scum on the faucet but it was clean otherwise. Beds were nice and comfortable. We had a good experience except for the continental breakfast. We were looking forward to waffles after a late night but they were "out of syrup" 90 minutes into the breakfast.... On a Sunday morning... Besides that it was good.

If you need a safe and clean place to stay in Ft Worth (with your dogs too!) this is it. Safe area, great parking, well|lit. The hotel was very clean and the linens were so soft. The shower was me and my husbands favorite part. We brought our Labrador Retriever, paid a $25 pet fee (which was the cheapest in the area) and had absolutely no problems. We struggled to find a safe, clean, and affordable place to stay last minute for a weekend trip to see a concert and we lucked up and found this one. Best wishes travelers ❤️

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff do a great job keeping the hotel clean, and my room was nice and comfortable. I booked the hotel online less than an hour before arriving, and everything was ready for me when I checked in. My room was on the 3rd floor, and it was quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated. The manager, Joy, was very kind and even allowed me to check out a little later, which made my stay even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
