If I could give 0 stars I would. I understand that every hotel cant be 5 star. But don't false advertise. Then make it difficult to get a refund. I've attached pictures of what this establishment actually looks like. If you can afford to stay some where decent. Do not stay here. People who need help and take whatever they can get stay here. It's filthy. I promise you. And run down.- I'm updating, after letting them know my grievances they switched me to a decent room. Better for what I paid. This place is for affordability not luxury

Positive: This hotel should be shut down by the health department. Negative: The room had black mold in the shower and behind the toilet. The smoke detector was ripped from the wall. The safety lock on the door was missing. The parking lot is covered with urine and feces. There was a party with drugs and guns outside my door.

I ended up breaking my arm trying to get out of the shower/tub combo. I booked the ADA compliant room a month in advance along with a confirmation that my husband and I would have the room a day in advance and then the day of our arrival. When we arrived our room was given to someone else. We ended up in a different room and that is where I slipped and fell trying to get out of the shower. No grip strips on the tub and no grab bars. I highly recommend on NOT staying there.

This place was sad, scary, and DISGUSTING. I cried when I saw the room. I had to deal with cigarette and uterine smell in the room and in the bed, I felt so dirty after sleeping there. I booked a one king bed nonsmoking room with kitchenette, but was given two smaller beds, no stovetop, no coffee maker, the microwave had someone else’s leftovers from a previous stay and it did not even work at all even though it was plugged in!! The front door and bathroom door were both filthy and broken. There was no actual blanket, just a sheet with burn holes. There were bed bugs and roaches, the bathtub drain was clogged before I even used it, and there was mold on the ceiling. The pool was absolutely disgusting and dark green.
