West End Lodge

We stayed here from Christmas Day to January 2, 2026. We were very pleased with the price, the cleanliness, and the customer service…. We definitely recommend this place. It is by some Great restaurants as well!

This hotel was small but clean. Service was pleasant and helpful. It was close to our planned activities (hot springs, snowmobiling, and skiing). Breakfast is very basic (oatmeal packets, toast, boiled eggs, fruit, and coffee) but it did the job.

Positive: Perfect location for this trip. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Negative: The breakfast was cold things or make your own oatmeal w hot water. I should have researched this more. I wanted a hot breakfast.

This hotel wasn't horrible, but it left a lot to be desired. Beds are just ok, pillows are not great, and breakfast is almost non-existent. Some cereal, bagels, yogurt, instant oatmeal, and coffee. Service checking in was ok bit he definitely didn't go out of his way to help or make me feel welcome. Also if you stay multiple days the pool hours are 3 pm to 10 pm. not great! Cute sitting area outside of a picnic or something.

This is a business trip. In my room I had a king bed that was very comfortable. When I got there my first impression was that this is going to be a tough stay. Meaning the beds are going to be crappy and it’s old and not well maintained. The bed was comfortable for me and the room was clean. The pool was great and the hot tub felt good. Overall it’s a clean place to stay and a comfortable bed. This is my 3 time staying here and I will stay more times and the job requires.
