Last Resort On The River RV Park & Campground, Inc.

We were very happy to find an RV park open during the winter months. And we had lower expectations because of the season. Well we were wrong. This place was perfectly well maintained even with snow covering the roads and pads when we arrived. The new owners were more accommodating then any we have experienced in the past 2 years. They helped us receive a package of medicine my wife had left at home and we needed. They sell/refill propane on site, for a good price. Oh and as most know, campground wifi is typically terrible. The wifi at this RV park was as good as what I have at home. We did not stream TV but I'm confident we could have. There is no cell service so the fabulous wifi really helps to stay in touch. Stay here and support new young owners that are really trying to make

A Christmas time visit with our daughter and family who live close by. Although we didn't use all the amenities that were available to us, they were there if we needed them. This acted as a very comfortable place to rendezvous out of as we visited Pagosa Springs. The cabin was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with all our needs. The view from the front porch provides beautiful mountain vistas along with the sound of the Blanco river just begging for someone to do a little trout fishing. We were more than pleased with this location and look forward to future stays . Until then, all the best, The Byrds

Such a beautiful place! We loved being right by the river and having a fenced in area for dogs as well as a nice outdoor sitting area. The bathrooms are clean and there is a nice little indoor area with games and puzzles. The staff was exceptionally helpful and flexible. We highly recommend this place

Hidden gem! Easy drive 10 min south of Pagosa Springs. Check in was easy. Cozy Cabin was perfect for me. Great facilities. Great hosts. Beautiful property. Looking forward to returning.

Very friendly service and was able to get us a nice spot with a short notice. The river was right next to us and campsites was well takin care of. Look forward to going back when we're in the area. Restrooms and showers was maintained nicely. Great camping area with great scenery.
