Would not recommend. I rented a trailer for a year here. I left the trailer in better condition than I found it. I improved both plumbing and electrical as well as painting the porch. I was issued eviction notices as communications to cut the grass if it had been more than 5 days since I mowed. I received an eviction notice to paint the porch. I was told I would have to pay $5 a page for a copy of the lease which I never received. I was told I had to pay property taxes for a trailer and lot I would never own (illegal). I was banned from this trailer park when I moved out because I didn't improve their property enough. If at all possible, find somewhere else.

Manager was very nice moving in. After that, becareful with managment. I waited on my deposit for a good year because of taxes after moving my home from there. Mind you anywhere else i have ever lived they refund my deposit in the first 30 days. It's their responsibility to have an estimate of taxes. She said she wouldn't know how much she would need to pay and that i needed to wait for November. Come December nothing. Finally January she said she would finally send me the deposit. I received nothing. After asking again she said she supposedly sent it and that if i didn't receive it i had to pay for stop payment for another one to be issued OR a $35 wire fee. I decided to go for the wire fee so that there would be no more excuses! Finally get my wire through and i got deducted for the wir

Promise to sell you a trailer, then when it's time to settle out turns you down. If you already live there & don't like you eventually your out on the street

Seems like a nice quiet place to live. They have availabilitys as well
