Quality Inn Pulaski

Checked in at almost midnight on 01/04/26. The guy running the desk was so polite. We were so tired and just wanted to get sleep, we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. He was friendly and made us feel welcomed. The rooms were what you would expect but super clean. Nothing extra fancy, older paint, but felt like you could eat off the floor they were so clean. The pillows were to soft for my taste but still nice and fluffy. The bed was comfortable. Current situations means ill be staying in this area semi regularly and this became my go to stay while in town.

Positive: The exterior seems ok. It looks like a decent hotel from the outside and at first glance upon entering the room it looked decent Negative: It was not super clean in general and i could have lived with some of that but the bathroom was absolutely horrible. The shower had thick black grime along the bottom edges all around and the walls of the shower were dirty. The floor had obvious dirt

The place was a dump at best . Filthy room hair on the mattress ,door lock was broke , no cable so watching tv was out . The room and especially the mattress smelled like cigarettes. I moved a table found a nickel and where the maid had swept the dirt into the corner .. The bottom molding was painted white but all you could see on it was filth .. There were holes in the walls and different colors of paint where they had taken pictures from the walls .. The rack that holds towels was falling from the wall .. There were several people that looked to be living on the bottom level .. One of them had a Christmas tree up for all to enjoy in May .. And while attempting to take a shower the water handle fell off ..

The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy, truly exceptional service. The room was spacious, spotless, and had great lighting, making it a very pleasant environment. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the free continental breakfast. After their remodel, this hotel truly deserves top marks for quality and comfort; highly recommended for anyone visiting Pulaski!

Mr. Ravi patel provide me with great service. He really did want the extra mile with my check in process. He made me feel welcome and right at home. Was one of my most best experiences of the New Year at this location. Thanks so much Mr. Ravi for a positive experience during my stay.
