Giles Hotel Inn & Suites

They appear to be updating some features. Very comfortable. Great beds and linens. The window shades are excellect and darken the room completely so excellent for sleeping in late. Breakfast is only 6 to 8 am so if you plan to sleep in on vacation then forget the breakfast. They should consider some breakfast items for guests to select from a buffet type setup until 10 am. For example, it would be nice to be able to serve yourself a few items like fruit, yogurt, pastries and cereals. The specially made eggs were very nice and cooked to order. That was unique but after 8am forget it. Coffee was always available in the lobby. Very clean fitness room. Ample free parking. Great views from an outdoor patio as the hotel is built on a slightly higher elevation / hill top area. Close to everything

I was on a business trip to Pulaski and stayed in this hotel for the whole duration (3+ weeks). My stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly, very helpful and very welcoming. Anything I needed the staff were always there and went the extra mile for me on numerous occasions. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable and you could get a fresh breakfast made for you every morning. I have been to many hotels with my job and I can honestly say this is a good one. The outdoor sitting area was my favourite part, the view from the hotel was lovely. Especially with a cold beer.||The location is very good too with local restaurants and amenities close by. The staff was nice and helpful, but the rooms had major issues - which is why we checked out after one night. Room 130 had a broken shower. Room 132 had bed bugs -- one of our crew members got bit during the night and found multiple of them in the morning when he woke up. I informed the front desk when I found out about the issues, and the person working at the desk was very kind and helpful, offered to help as much as they could.

I've stayed here twice since October, and both experiences were great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The place is quiet, and the staff, especially the manager, went above and beyond both visits. Breakfast is included as well, which is unusual in a smaller hotel. It's very easy to get to, and check-in and check-out were simple. There's also a nice fitness room available. I really don't understand the negative reviews, especially about the rooms. It's not a fancy hotel, but it's safe, clean and comfortable.

They accept Frito-Lay's CLC lodging and have four 18-wheeler parking spots out back. The room was super clean and had blackout curtains and the blackout shades so you can even sleep during the day. They also had extra blankets and pretty good coffee in the room. Breakfast was also way better than I'm used to. Do they actually have a cook and wait staff at no extra cost. Speaking of staff, everyone I talk to was super helpful and sincere. I'm not sure what older reviews say but I feel the need to include that it looks like they just recently added wider doors and a larger elevator to accommodate wheelchairs. So while it might not have been wheelchair friendly, it seems like it is now.
