Amazing this place isn't shut down. Old carpet and smells as bad as it looks doesn't look like anyone cleans these rooms. It isn't pet friendly. 200 deposit, 20 per day. No breakfast, no pool no chance I'll ever go back. No wonder they don't have any real painters of their rooms. The interesting clothes

Wow! Did I just check into a homeless facility? The property was beyond disgusting. I turned the covers down to go to sleep and the bed was soaked in urine. This was reported to the office and they wanted me to wait for several hours until the manager returned. What? Wait? I go to ZZZ very early so that was not an option. The owner accused my dog of peeing in the bed.If my dog had peed the bed it would have been wet from the top to the bottom. Nope, the mattress was saturated with human urine. They eventually moved us but threatened us with a $200 fine if my dog peed again. What?

I ended up at the Welcome Inn in Milledgeville for a one night stay as a last-resort situation—the kind of choice you make when every other hotel is booked and sleeping in your car is starting to sound like a spa retreat. The cracked, shedding popcorn ceiling provided me a few samples of what I believe to be asbestos circa 1972. There’s a safety notice advising guests to “engage deadbolt lock and security latch.” Thoughtful. Truly. Except that deadbolt knob turned 360 degrees like a fidget spinner and the lock it trying to engage was

Positive: Location to stores and restaurants, and price. Negative: Furniture has been replaced in the past couple of years but surface cosmetic repairs are not kept up (scratches on doors and walls need painted over, caulking needs repaired, etc.)

Very poor customer skills by the night time attendant. Then tried to argue this morning when I tried to show him their page description says they offer free continental breakfast. I tried to tell him they should remove it, because it's false advertisement. He still tried to argue that it wasn't there even though he read it on my phone.. Bathroom in the room was not fully clean either. Needs better attending to.
